Do you have any recommendations?

EA HAIR'S RECOMMENDED VENDOR IS AVOIR ENVIE. They offer something for every client - 9A, 10A, Raw and Luxury Bundles and Swiss / HD Lace Frontals. Also available are their Transparent Lace Frontal, Glamorous Gold 613 hair, with roots/without and Lace Frontal/Full Lace Wigs. 

What advise would you give when purchasing a lace frontal?

  • There are 4 types of lace colours - Transparent, light, medium, dark.

  • If you are Caucasian order transparent lace

  • If you are Fair skinned order transparent or light lace

  • If you are Brown skinned order brown lace

  • if you are Brown or Dark skinned you may order any lighter lace colours as the lace can be tinted, however, dark lace can Not be lightened.

Can the frontal be bleached to lighten the colour of lace?

No! The hair bleach is used to lighten the knots on the frontal and Not to change the colour of the lace

How many bundles would you recommend for a full head installation?

On average 2.5 / 3 bundles for a full head installation with a lace closure / lace frontal

Typically you only need 2 bundles with a 360 lace frontal.

How do I maintain a lace frontal installation?

Appointments

I want to book an appointment but it is saying 'no appointments available' why is that?

It means  that month is either Fully Booked or slots have not been put up yet.

Slots are usually put up for the next month 1 - 2 weeks prior

Does the deposit go towards my final cost?

Yes, the deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You Must contact us to cancel your appointment. However, in an event of a cancellation, deposit are not refundable.

You may reschedule your appointment yourself 7 days prior to your appointment, otherwise you may contact us no later than 3 days prior to your appointment to do so.

Failure to reschedule your appointment 3 days prior to your appointment will result to a  loss of deposit.
