Shipping Information

All EA Hair Wigs are custom made therefore processing time for the item is 5-10 days. Once your order is with us, we will process within 24 and shipping takes about 7-12 business days. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. For the security of your purchase, ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package isn't able to be collected after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. 


When purchasing your credit card data is sent to Paypal so that they can process the payment. We do not store full payment information on our servers. During transmission, card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) or Verified by Visa if doing direct bank transfer. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product is defective upon receiving your order, we will be happy to issue exchanges for this product at no additional cost. We must be notified of damaged products immediately and no longer than 48 hours following receipt of your item, after which returns cannot be processed. Note: All sales are FINAL due to the nature of the products. We DO NOT offer refunds however items purchased that are eligible for a return and exchanges, Must NOT have been brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, worn or processed in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any sale/returns or exchanges if there are signs that the product has been tampered with or otherwise used.

If you’d like to return a product, please email with your Invoice number and reason for return. If your product is unwanted, you’ll be responsible for any shipping costs. We require a delivery tracking number for all returns of unwanted products and cannot be held liable for returns lost in the mail. If a product is defective, we will send you a prepaid package to allow you to return the items. All returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery.
