Shipping Information

All EA Hair wigs are custom-made, so the processing time for your order is 5-10 days. Once your order is with us, we will process it within 3-7 days, and shipping will take an additional 1-3 business days. If your address needs to be confirmed, we will email you to verify it to ensure accurate delivery. For the security of your purchase, all orders must be signed for. If your package cannot be collected after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to the post office, natural disasters, holiday delays, or loss during postage.

Payment
When purchasing, your credit card data is sent to PayPal to process the payment. We do not store full payment information on our servers. During transmission, card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) or Verified by Visa for direct bank transfers. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. Once complete, your transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of EA Hair’s custom products, all sales are final, and returns are not permissible.

However, if you change your mind about the product and would like a full refund or a different wig design, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period and once processing has begun, refunds will no longer be permitted, and we may be unable to change the wig design.

Once you receive your wig unit, if there are issues with its initial construction, EA's team is happy to advise and support you in making your wig dreams come true. Contact us via email at contact@ea-hair.com or fill out a contact form on our website. Please note: You have 7 days from the time you receive your product to contact us for alterations, and the wig unit must not be manipulated. After this period, your sale is final, and we cannot make any alterations without charge.

If the alterations required are new to us and you decide you want a different style or colour, you will need to book a service and pay for the changes.
